System4 was founded and began operations in May 2004, in Cleveland, Ohio. Until 2012, System4 was a commercial cleaning-based business. However, we saw a need with our clients to take on a larger role in helping them manage their facilities. In 2013, we began to offer facility service management to current & new clients.
